3. We'll cook together in the comfort of our own homes for about an hour while discussing the nutrition components.
4. We'll share and learn nutrition + cooking tips and tricks with others to reduce meal preparation barriers.
4. You'll enjoy a delicious and nutritious recipe or save it for the week ahead in the comfort of your own home!
